There is no washer and dryer in the house. It has the necessary hookups in the basement WILL OWNER FINANCE WITH 20% down and then payments would be 900.00 per month FOR TWO YEARS at end of two years you will get a loan to pay off the rest of it, or at any time in between ALSO all of the 900.-00 per month will go to the balance no interest will be charged, I will pay the property taxes during this time, YOU WILL GET THE property insurance. FOR ANOTHER $6,000.00 I will install a shiny BLACK, or WHITE, or Stainless Steel STOVE, Refrigerator, and BUILT IN DISHWASHER .

There are lots of pet cats that are around and some dogs, but nothing to worry about. The local schools are good. The high school is a very sot-after school. Academically, it is a great school with lots of options for the kids. "
