There is no washer and dryer in the house. It has the necessary hookups in the basement WILL OWNER FINANCE WITH 20% down and then payments would be 900.00 per month FOR TWO YEARS at end of two years you will get a loan to pay off the rest of it, or at any time in between ALSO all of the 900.-00 per month will go to the balance no interest will be charged, I will pay the property taxes during this time, YOU WILL GET THE property insurance.

There are lots of pet cats that are around and some dogs, but nothing to worry about. The local schools are good. The high school is a very sot-after school.
