Kitchen is furnished with all the cooking utensils you will need and has a pantry closet and updated appliances. Hallway laundry area furnished with a washer and dryer. Hall bathroom is spacious but does not have a shower. Central heating and air.
Exterior: Quiet street in central Auburn. Low maintenance front yard that will be taken care of with the exception of watering a handful of plants. Parking is allowed in the driveway but not the garage. Backyard is low-maintenance and spacious as well.
Lease Terms: Short-term lease.
Availability: Available for rent June 29, 2017.
Utilities: Included in rent: Cable, Internet, Sewer, and Garbage. Not included in rent: Tenant will be billed for usage of water, gas, and electricity. A cleaning charge will be assessed upon tenant's move out (amount tbd).
Pets: No pets allowed.
Rent and Security Deposit: Rent is $1800/month. Security Deposit is $3,600 due at lease signing.
