Interior: This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with approximately 1350 sq.ft. It has been furnished with comfortable and quality furniture for your enjoyment. Home is fully stocked with everything you'll need including cookware, utensils, linens, towels, bedding, 2 televisions, etc. Bedroom one is approximately 10x14 and has a queen size bed (no closet). Bedroom two is the master which has a King size bed, sitting area, large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and en-suite bathroom with vanity. The living area has two comfortable couches, large windows, flat screen tv, and an office area. Kitchen is furnished with all the cooking utensils you will need and has a pantry closet and updated appliances. Hallway laundry area furnished with a washer and dryer. Hall bathroom is spacious but does not have a shower. Central heating and air.

Exterior: Quiet street in central Auburn. Low maintenance front yard that will be taken care of with the exception of watering a handful of plants. Parking is allowed in the driveway but not the garage. Backyard is low-maintenance and spacious as well.

Lease Terms: Short-term lease.

Availability: Available for rent June 29, 2017.

Utilities: Included in rent: Cable, Internet, Sewer, and Garbage. Not included in rent: Tenant will be billed for usage of water, gas, and electricity. A cleaning charge will be assessed upon tenant's move out (amount tbd).

Pets: No pets allowed.

Rent and Security Deposit: Rent is $1800/month. Security Deposit is $3,600 due at lease signing.

Qualifications: Tenant must have a net income of 2 1/2 times the monthly rent to qualify. No smoking allowed on property. Looking for quality tenant/s who will take very good care of the home. Owners are on holiday and will be re-occupying the home on their return.
