There is elevator access (it is a 2nd floor unit). A shared laundry room is just a few steps from your door. The building is handicap accessible. The complex is located on wooded grounds with a large staffed pool. There is one assigned parking space and other visitor spaces are always available. The building is secured via a keypad access system which operates through your cellphone. The lobbies, laundry and mailroom have video surveillance. This unit is uniquely located within the complex so that none of its side walls directly abut any other unit.

Chateau Wood is close to Target, Stop & Shop, Chili's, CVS, Dollar Tree, a commuter bus stop and more. Quickly hop onto I-91 for a short-10 minute commute to either Hartford or Springfield.

No dogs are permitted in this complex. No smoking is permitted inside the unit or in the interior common areas. You may smoke/vape on your balcony. The rent is $1,650/month and it includes heat, hot water and all Condo Association fees and services.

We do a thorough credit and background check on all applicants. We have a detailed application and a comprehensive lease. All condo rules will also apply. You need a legal, stable and verifiable income (equal to 3.0 times the rent). A credit score minimum of 650 is desired. Starting cash needed is a 2-month security deposit ($3,300) plus the 1st month's rent ($1,650) so the total to start is $4,950. There is a $25 credit/background check fee (per adult) if the free application review and pre-screen look good. 1-year lease minimum.
