The second bedroom includes a single daybed with a heated mattress pad, a large dresser, a ceiling fan, and a closet, with additional linens provided. The hallway pantry closet offers extra linens, blankets, and storage space. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, a hand-held showerhead, and a medicine cabinet. On-site laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as one covered carport parking space or curbside street parking, are available. The owner pays all utilities including internet while the tenant is responsible to reimburse monthly electric and gas use. The utilities average $60/month during cold winter months. Peak season rent $1950/month May-September. $1950 security deposit and a $350 cleaning fee ($750 for stays over 90 days). A 30-day minimum stay is required, with negotiable lease terms.
