  • Dan H.
"Lots of nearby gunfire. I have a squatter in one neighbor's house and a garbage hoarder in the other. Some places are well maintained, but most others are renters and they don't take care of anything. this area doesn't feel safe."
  • Audrea N. P.
"Between Post Rd and Mitthoffer they do not have good schools and safety is always a concern. Move anywhere else. I don’t let my kids trick or treat or ride bikes further than I can see. There are no more grocery stores in the area due to theft. "

  • Jason A. C. R.
"there is no events for this area. Not on the state or city qqebsite. community events would be very helpful to the area and help with the crime"

"Most neighbors are nice and know each other and help each other as needed. I have lived in this area for 20+ years and have NEVER had any trouble. I have even seen deer and other wildlife walk down the street at times! "
  • junebugg63081
"A lot of rentals in this area now because everyone wants to get away from the east side. This street stays pretty quiet, but people drive way to fast and have no respect"
  • chrisazp
"I lived on this street in the 1990s and 2000s and raised my family there. What began as an idyllic, sociable neighborhood where families looked out for one another declined over the next two decades into an area where shootings, car bombs, break-ins and gang activity made it a place you were afraid to come home to or leave. My family wouldn't even come visit me. This is no place for children, and I can't honestly recommend it for anyone. "
  • Tasha W.
"i bought my first home in this area two years ago..I like the neighborhood. I live on a very nice street. My neighbors watch my house while i work and go to school. "
