Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom bungalow with finished basement in quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard. Granite countertops, new carpet, newly redone hardwood floors, new paint, new tile. No pets, no smoking inside. We are looking for a clean tenant who wouldn't mind showing us your current house to see if our house would be a good fit in regards to cleanliness.
