 (You will have to provide your own TV)
all utilities (Electric, Gas, trash and water)
Wi-Fi
Washer and Dryer
Microwave oven
You can get a coffee maker, air fryer, hot plate, etc. Whatever you might need.
Full sized refrigerator/freezer

Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, and no smoking (cigarettes or marijuana).

Rent is $800.

Small dog is ok. (I have three well behaved and loving dogs and a large fenced in yard) Sorry, no cats. If you have a small dog, a meet and greet must happen with my dogs to make sure they get along.
