Owner pays for water utility up to $50.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for electricity utility. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the landscaping. However, for added convenience, a landscaping service is available for an optional fee of $25 per month, allowing our grounds crew to handle all outdoor maintenance.
