    "nice to have parks nearby where we can walk pur dogs but at the same , we don't feel safe taking our dogs to the park due to too many homeless people. also garbage is everywhere with needles, bottles, condom etc"

Close to Chico State and an hour from Sacramento. We have casinos for all night entertainment and plenty of gyms"
