New 6 panel doors and baseboard, tile in living room and kitchen and new carpet in bedrooms in 2017. Complete AC unit, Burn pit patio and sprinkler system added in 2017. Added a 40x 38 concrete block garage with 10’8 ft ceiling and double 9 x 16 garage doors. Completely insulated with a 180 sq ft storage room. Also added a regulation sand volleyball court behind garage in 2019. Added a 22 solar panel electrical system in 2020.
