"I've lived here for 8 yrs. there are 2 parks and a lot of kids for my children to play with. The parks have curfew, and the streets are well lit. Neighbors are very neighborly, and we all watch out for each other, our homes, and children. If it takes a village to raise children, then this is the place to live."
  • Trulia User
"I grew up here and I’m never leaving. Great place to live and build a family. Neighbors are friendly and the environment is very chill. No major traffic or busy roads."
  • Trulia User
"we look out for one another and our kids help the elderly. We interact with each others family's and is starting to feel more like family than just another neighborhood. "
  • Allyson.tomalewski
"Usually at least a 45 minute drive depending on accidents and road closures but can be around and hour some days"
  • Phil V.
"No real yard for pets to run around. Too many stray cats!! Too many dogs running around without owners. "
  • Iris W.
"No dog park in neighborhood but sidewalks to walk your fur baby. HOA should install more waste (poop)receptacles with trash cans for walking your dog but overall good walking"
  • Love4philly58

  • Sylviakayla29

"Me & my family love this neighborhood! Been here 6 years! Convenient to I-10 & 295, great schools and it even has a community pool!"
  • Itsjust R.
"Its quiet...no flooding when it storms. It’s quiet, no loud music, fighting, or trashy homes in my area."
  • Itsjust R.
"For now, the area I’m in is quiet. Biggest plus is I’m not in a flood/evac zone...especially during hurricane season."
