About this House

We do accept housing vouchers.

We are renting our three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome. The development is Hammonds Overlook, just off Gorman Road near Savage Mill. It is conveniently located off Route 1, 32 and 95. The townhome has vaulted ceilings throughout the first and second floors. The townhome also has two designated parking spots right in front of home and a finished deck which backs to a wooded preservation area.

The master bedroom is 12x14, with a spacious walk-in closet and full bathroom. The second bedroom (hardwood floor) is 10x10.5 with closet space. The third bedroom (hardwood floor) is 9x9, also with a closet. The second full bathroom is located next to the two smaller bedrooms. There is a large living area and a great kitchen with all new appliances and hardwood flooring. The half bath is located on the main floor. Basement is mostly finished with an unfinished wash room/storage area. Brand new washer/dryer included.

We are asking $2100.00 per month, which includes the $135.00/quarter HOA fee (trash pickup, recycling, snow removal, etc.) Utilities are not included. Pictures available upon request.
