The community is gated for additional piece of mind. The community has on-site parking and garages can be rented for additional storage or parking.
The units have updated kitchens and bathrooms with quartz countertops, new modern sinks, wood look vinyl plank floors throughout, stainless appliances, new stylish trim and fixtures and large open concept floor plans. The units have new Mitsubishi Air Conditioning, dehumidification and heat system for optimal comfort.
The address is 925 N. Vulcan Ave. on the corner of Leucadia Blvd and N. Vulcan Ave. Application requirements are: credit score over 700, documented income of at least 2.5 times the rent. Good rental history. We do not accept co-signers.

One year lease is required. Individual unit utilities are paid by resident. Water and trash are paid by Pacific Villas

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
