6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love it, honestly. I'm going to break the stereotypes of students here. The teachers are nice, the testing isn't too hard, homework is like 2-3 pages a day. I would recommend a proper sleep schedule, because backpacks are extremely heavy. The teachers are wonderful and have always helped me if there were a problem. Leadership is super effective, and this school builds character. One of its main mottos are ready, respectful and responsible. Although some kids are true troublemakers. As a person who is Asian, I have never experienced a learning difference between other kids. Kids with disabilities get the help they need to succeed. The school also handles bullying effectively, and always has. Special sites have been enforced to help with problems, such as SpeakUpSpeakOut. There is also an on-site school psychologist. Overall, I am gushing about this school and am sad to be leaving it. "There are many dog owners walking around the area and all are friendly, dog and owner alike. A nicely kept walking path by the mission hills apartments with dog waste bags and garbage spots is a good route to walk. I would say about 90% of owners walk with dogs on a leash."

"My commute to the downtown area is about 20 minutes in good traffic on side streets. I used to take the freeway home but with construction that limits my southbound options."

"There is a large park in the back of the neighborhood that is tucked away from people and houses. Letting the dog off the leash is not an issue. The neighborhood is also within 5 minutes of a trail that you can go on that stretches for miles. "
