2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child had a great experience during the 2016-2017 school year. This was our first year at SHS. Mr. Roberts is a great principal that loves his kids. He demands respect and receives it. He has brought the school grade from an F all the way to a B and working on getting an A in the short time that he has been Principal. "They would love it. Because this neighborhood is dog friendly and kid friendly so I feel dog owner would love the neighborhood. However, I recommend they all dog owners walk their dogs using the Caddo dog guidelines. "

"The neighborhood is quiet, but people that walk their dogs need to bring bags to pick up their dogs droppings! It’s annoying to clean up behind someone else! Neighbors are friendly, but some can’t respect other’s yard space! Other then those two things great neighborhood! "

"The 2 years I lived there, there were 2 occurrences with someone breaking into cars, as well as a lot of broken promises! They shut down a pool and the tennis court, as well as took the hot tub, and took our protection away, with the gates being permanently opened! Not to mention they had gone through 3 different apartment managers and staff! You would go in there and there would be someone new every time!! I would not recommend this place! They will keep raising the rent and will not do anything with the property! There are models that definitely need an upgrade with all the money they are charging to the residents, but you never see them use it! "

"Several retirees; A lot of traffic due to the juxtaposition of our street to Walmart and other major roads in the area. "

"I've lived in this subdivision for a long time and there is absolutely NO crime. Neighbors who have lived here 22 years have known of no crime. Incredible! Nice and quiet and very safe neighborhood. People here take pride in their property. A real hidden gem of a neighborhood!"
