The schools in this area are in the St Johns School District, the top school district in the state of Florida. This would be a great home for a family with children interested in giving their kids a top tier education. Additionally, for those looking for plenty of parking for cars, commercial trucks, rvs and boats this property may match your space needs as well.

We will be considering tenants with pets! Preference are for cats and small dogs. Consideration for larger dogs would be on a case by case basis. A monthly pet fee and pet deposit will be required. Please contact us for more information on our pet policy.

The property previously had a greenhouse and several areas were used for gardening and growing vegetables; so if you enjoy these activities you are more than welcome to start your own garden. We do ask our tenants to do the basic maintenance of the property such as mowing the lawn, and trimming back the foliage as needed. A riding lawn mower is provided with the property along with a leaf blower, leaf vacuum, etc.

We are only looking for longer term tenants who are interested in at least a 1 year lease to start. First month's rent, last month's rent, and the security deposit is required to sign the lease and move in. The application form can be filled out through Zillow. Must show proof of employment and provide rental references. Due to how long lasting the scent of smoke can stay in the house, we are not looking to rent out to smokers.

We really love this property, the peaceful environment and serenity that it offers. We did not think that we would ever move away; we ended up relocating to be closer to elderly relatives.
