Married couples will fill out a single application and all individuals will fill out the applications individually. May allow a small dog under 20 lbs., if approved there would be a $300 non-refundable fee.
Background Application is required with a $25 fee for each adult. **Property is Non-Smoking** We require verifiable income, good rental history and no criminal history.
