The property A two bedroom and one bathroom spacious unit located in an established neighborhood of Norfolk near the naval base, beach, and interstate. This quiet unit is located in a nice residential area. It's ideal for small families!

A $35 non refundable application fee will be charged upon processing, this will cover a background check that is required for the application.
Aside from the application form we will also need to get a rental reference and proof of income. The rent is ONLY $850 the minimum rental criteria is a gross income of three times the rent. You need a gross income of $2,550+ per month to qualify. The tenant will pay for ALL utilities (Power, Water, etc.).
A security deposit is required, all utilities are paid by the renter. We allow pets but there is a $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Section 8 vouchers will be accepted for this property.
