Please drive-by the house to make sure that you like the location; and it works for you. There is NO sign on the property. Tenants are moving out the end of April and we can negotiate your move-in date in the first week of May.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities and gardening. First and last month security deposit. Military families have always loved this property. Everyone is welcome to apply.
