NEIGHBORHOOD: In the fabulous Gold Coast district and just minutes to local shopping, note-worthy dining, Crown Memorial State Beach and Washington Park. Walk to your errands and dinner with friends on Webster Street. Park Street is just 1.5 miles away. Target and Southshore Center/Trader Joe's are just a 5 min drive away

Our block is great! New Lazy Bird Cafe and the tea shop are popular, but parking is still often available in front or around the corner. Jay's Cafe and the Encinal Market is 3 blocks down. Webster Street shops are 4 blocks in the other direction.

Alameda is a beautiful island full of small-town charm and community feel but great new things are being added every day including cultural venues, breweries on the Point and new parks. It is just minutes to the arts, culture, music and nightlife of SF, Oakland and Berkeley. Local and regional hiking, biking and water sports abound.

TRANSPORTATION: Alameda has new bike lanes, walking paths and slow streets traversing the city. The O Express bus stops a block away and gets to downtown SF in about 20 - 35 minutes depending on traffic. 2 Ferry terminals within 10 minutes drive. BART is 7 minutes away and goes straight into SFO and OAK is 15 minutes away!

If it seems perfect, except for one thing, let us know! We are open to discussions. Looking for locked bike storage? A shed just for tenants is possible and can be negotiated. Bath updates are negotiable. You can have a walk-in shower.

The secure lobby is shared with middle unit. The other two units are long-term rentals and have been considerate and quiet tenants so far.

A/C: A mini-split A/C will be installed.
PETS: Dogs and cats are welcome but must get along with other dogs and people.
STORAGE: A bike shed is negotiable.
INCLUDED: All furniture shown & kitchen supplies but open to discussion

Safe neighborhood, pretty homes and yards, tree lined streets, people that pass say “hello”.
