About this House

Newly painted and refinished home. Within walking distance to Union High School, and right next to Woodland Hills Mall and all the shopping centers in the area! Corner lot so large front and back area. And tons of windows with even a skylight in the master bathroom! Washer and dryer do not come in unit. Fridge can be provided upon request. Utilities not included in rent, you must set up your own water, electric, and gas. Backyard pictures have some junk in them but they will be removed before lease is signed.
Will be available the 1st of June.

Renter is responsible for electric, gas, and water. Lease will be for 1 year. Option to have a 3 or 5 year lease, if so rent will be reduced to $1,900 a month. If you wish to break the lease you must pay 2/3 of the rent for the remaining months; for example, if lease is broken with 6 months remaining on it, then renter must pay 4 months of rent. Generally a max of 2 pets, but if you talk to me we can figure something out if you have more.
