Horrible, all the teachers do not care at all.

The Best Decision We've Made!After years of navigating the overcrowded, rigid, and impersonal school systems in the Bay Area, moving to this area in 2018 and enrolling our children at Placer Elementary has been amazing. We didn't just find a new school; we found a community, and we have absolutely fallen in love with it.The difference is the people. The teachers and staff at Placer are incredibly caring and invested in the students. It's the kind of place where teachers my kids have never even had in their classrooms greet us by name in the hallways. This small TK-8 grade community has allowed our children to feel seen, supported, and truly part of a school family.Most importantly, the support for individual student needs is exceptional. My child has an IEP, and for the first time, it feels genuinely personalized and truly helpful. The team at Placer took the time to understand my child's specific needs and created a plan that has led to real, tangible progress.We have three children attending, in three different grades, and every single one of them is happy and thriving. They are not only succeeding academically but are also growing in confidence. I'll admit, I've seen some negative reviews and they leave me feeling confused and sad, because our experience has been the complete opposite. I truly believe that any family who gets involved, whether it's through the PTC, volunteering in the classroom, or attending school events, will quickly see the incredible amount of love and dedication that defines this school.For any family looking for a school with a huge heart, amazing community support, and teachers who genuinely care, we cannot recommend Placer Elementary highly enough. It has been a wonderful and transformative experience for our entire family.
