This home is within walking distance to the Downtown attractions. Solid house built in 1909 still has what looks to be the original shiplap on the walls and ceilings (but not sure). Home is heated by gas heaters and cooled by window units and an attic fan. The home does need some TLC- needs: new outside skirting, painting inside and out, redo kitchen and laundry room floors, finish deck, and sheetrock on the ceilings.
