The apartment would be perfect for a working individual, or newly wed couple. (Maximum of two occupants)

Washer and dryer are included.

There is a seperate entrance and parking is available for two small cars, or one large vehicle on the side driveway.

The owners of the property live in the other parts of the house that are not included in the seperate apartment.

No smoking or vaping or burning incense.
No pets (our daughter is allergic)

Initial 6 month rental agreement, then month to month after that.

$200.00 a month Flat rate for all utilities including: electricity, water, gas, and internet.

Basic tidiness and cleanliness must be maintained by tenants.

An optional Monthly Professional Cleaning Service is paid for and arranged by the landlord (the service includes cleaning the bathroom surfaces, kitchen surfaces, mop and vacuum floors, and dusting). $200 value for free!

Quarterly walk through by landlord may be required.

    "It’s close to all the schools. It’s close to the LDS temple. It’s in a quiet place. Has a nice view of Utah lake. Very close to the Canyon. Lots of parks close by. Very involved community. And very close to all the shopping needs you need. "

    "Live in this area. Very nice, quiet, neighbors are wonderful. More bus stops would be wonderful as well as an actual mall rather than scattered stores. Plenty of restaurants though. Very pet friendly but we do have a few irresponsible owners that let their dogs run rampant so I don't ever have outside cats here just in case. Everyone I've met here has been incredibly friendly and neighbors stepped in to help my family unpack and move in from day one. They even helped us put the grass in our lawn! I believe we ended up having at least 10 people stop what they were doing and get down and dirty to help out! Luckily we are pretty close to Lehi so what little things we don't have here, are easily attained. My only real complaint is a lack of a mall to do serious clothing etc shopping in."
