The property is licensed for 10 students but normally rented to 8 to 10 students (rent goes down per student with more students). Get ready to have a great year in a fun living situation, but at the same time have your own space with a door you can close to study or rest. Dishwasher available in-house, as well as coin-operated washer and dryer.

Located blocks from campus with a large private yard, 4 porches, plenty of off-street parking, and a large living room common area to hang out when you have downtime. Close to the UW Stout campus, the MSC, and the library. A short walk north and you can grab a meal at the Silver Dollar or enjoy the great views of Lake Menomin. Prospective tenants can also get a good study session in at Acoustic Cafe. All utilities will be the tenant's responsibility. Sorry, no pets.

All utilities, lawn care, trash, and snow removal are separately metered and are the tenant's responsibility.

Rent Rate Pricing:
With 10 students - $348 per student
With 9 Students = $387 per student
With 8 Students = $435 per student

All adults are required to provide full name and DOB. All applications will not be reviewed until you have attended an in person showing. We highly encourage prospective tenants to apply only after the showing has been completed. ALL PROPERTIES COME AS IS.
