About this House

Large two bedroom upstairs unit has 1.5 Baths and a garage parking place. The unit is freshly rennovated. A large storage area with a locking security door is inside the garage assigned to the unit.

917 Springfield St #D is offered as a month to month rental agreement. Trash, water and hot water are provided (the building has a common to all units commercial water heater). There is a laundry area with a posted schedule and the laundry machines are coin/phone application operated. The unit includes a single parking space with a lockable storage area inside a shared garage.

Applicants must complete the rental application which will be provided to them upon request during a viewing of the apartment. The applicant shall mail the completed application along with the required information in the provided self-addressed stamped envelope. Section 8 assistance is not accepted at this time. Pre-tax income of at least $60,000/Year will be verified by Paycheck stub copies for two pay periods preceding the application date. A copy of a valid Ca. ID card with a correct current address shall be provided by the applicant. A credit rating of 640 is required. Each adult applicant shall provide $35 to pay for the credit and background check.

Small pets are allowed (dog less than 40lb.) and require an additional $500 deposit.

I also love that we are in between Rancho and Claremont because there’s more of a variety of events. But our most favorite thing about living in upland is mt baldy. We go up there every week"
