"I recently lived in the area for about 8 years. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly and walkable. Grocery store, parks, convenience stores, restaurants, sporting events (Hummer Sports Park) and entertainment (Topeka Civic Theater) within easy walking distance. Gage Park/Zoo and the library are within a bit longer of a hike, but still walkable."
