The main level has large living room, hardwood flooring, dining area, big kitchen with large pantry having sliding drawers, laundry area, half bath, and access to patio. Second level has three good size Bedrooms, wood/laminate flooring, full bath, linen closet, and access to attic. The unit has a small shed too!

Unassigned parking in front of the unit. Each unit gets three parking tags.

Lawn is maintained by the association. Association clears snow from the road and residents/tenants are responsible to clear the snow from the side walk in front of the unit. Water is included. All other utilities (including gas, electricity, internet, etc.) is Tenants' responsibility.

Won't last long. Rent is bargain compared to an adjacent "The Seasons Apartments".

Property is currently occupied and can become available for new tenants between beginning of March to middle of March. Current tenants have flexibility in their move out date (can move out earlier, if need arise). Tour can be scheduled.
