About this House

This is a newer four bedroom home with an additional room used for office or any other room you would like to use it for. It has a total of 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and updated bath with bathtub. Master bedroom is vinyl flooring through out. 2nd Bedroom has its own private and updated full bathroom with shower only. The 3rd Bedroom is across from the 4th bedroom with the 3rd bathroom in between. Third bathroom is the main guest bathroom and this was newly updated with granite counters and new tile flooring along with new updated shower. All bedrooms except master have rug in them. The home already has RO and water softener throughout and a EV car charger installed in garage. The home is fully landscaped and ready to make it your own.

Tours available by appointment only.

Owner pays for waste and HOA. Renter pays all other utilities (electricity, water, etc). No smoking indoors. Up to two dogs permitted. First and last month's rent due in the first month. House has reverse osmosis and water softener throughout house. Renter will need to manage salt and filter replacement.
