Heading upstairs we find a split floor plan with the primary bedroom on the West side of the home overlooking the golf course as well as having a screened balcony to sit any time of day. The ensuite bathroom has a separate water closet with shower. This primary suite has two double door closets and a skylight equipped with a motorized shade to keep the sun out in the mornings if you prefer. The laundry closet is upstairs along with the second bathroom as well as the second and third bedrooms. The community also offers a pool. Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
