Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping plazas, Walmart, Movie Theatre, Starbucks (of course), Albertsons, Vons, all the banks, pet stores, cleaners, pharmacies, basically everything.

I'm essentially just looking for a good guy or girl (who is responsible, pays bills on time and is cool) to share a place that just happens to be located in a fantastic area, very quiet and peaceful .

Prefer long stay, pretty much just looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, considerate, kindhearted and clean in the shared areas - yet essentially drama-free and someone who generally just enjoys life.

    "This is an area blessed with preserved open spaces and wildlife... I have seen quail, turkey vultures, skunks, raccoons, a racer snake, gopher snakes, and rattlesnakes, red-tailed hawks, a bobcat, coyotes, and a mountain lion... all within 50-100 yards of my house... So enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, star-gazing, hiking, and horseback riding... but always be aware of your surroundings and keep your cat indoors, your dog on leash, and your kids wildlife-respectful and wildlife-wise! We co-exist in wildlife habitat!!!"
