We hope you enjoy this home as we have since 1963. Brick ranch on Springfield's westside, Springfield District 186 schools. We finished the attached garage into a nice family room with fireplace, then built a large 2.5 car detached garage. We have enjoyed the convenience of the location and wonderful neighborhood. This spring the yard will explode in beautiful colors with numerous flowering trees and perennials that you can enjoy from the screened porch. We hope you enjoy the lovely kitchen we updated a number of years ago. This home has been professionally inspected and repairs completed.
