Description

Our home has a very cool layout, and it's built with solid wood walls under the sheet rock. We totally remodeled the kitchen layout, and cabinets. We took down a portion of a wall to give an open concept, both bathrooms were completely remodeled, we had new concrete layer for the back patio, we purchased a new AC unit in 2021 and had the duct work replaced. The inside and outside was newly painted in 2020 and rotted wood replaced before painting. We had the foundation repaired and a ventilation system installed under the house in 2020. We had the back patio cover repaired and painted. We have not been able to take great care of our yard due to our age and heat. The yard needs much TLC bit the property is beautiful and has so much potential. We love our home but want to move to Denton to be close to our Grandchildren.
