My home is 2,500sf with two living rooms, a den that serves as a third sitting area and office space (and workout space if you like), a full kitchen, garage, backyard, and Sam (my adorable, sweet pooch). The neighborhood is quiet, and the block is quaint. The house is centered to Hwy 169, the BA, and I-44, so it only takes 10 mins to get practically anywhere in Tulsa (sans traffic hour).
As a renter, you will have the following:
Fully furnished room
All bills paid
Coffee and tea bar
Full use of the kitchen and all items in it
Weekly maid service
All home items taken care of
I have an idea of the type of woman I'm looking for, and with the perks available, the rate will be above the local standards. The lease term is 6 months to start with an option to renew for 1 year.
No smoking allowed.
No additional pets allowed.

Guests must leave the property by 11pm on weekdays and 12am on weekends.
Gatherings of multiple guests must have written approval from the property owner.
The deposit will be applied as last month's rent, provided no damage has been caused by the renter.
