Police get bored and fill time time with fines...parking with driver side to curb , trash not put out on time or too early or cans out too long, grass more than 3” leaves not cleared,loud public transit, train horns, fire company alarms for curfew and other meaningless things, a lot of traffic , very high taxes"

It’s a central point to everything... train to the city is just 3 blocks from my house, trolley a block away that take you anywhere from Collingdale to 69th street. Within 2 minutes you can be at Rite Aid, Clam Tavern, Romarcos restaurant, K-Mart, Walt’s pizza and like 4 other pizza places, 7 food places, 4 diners, Home Depo, Acme, Giant. And that’s just thinking on top of my head. It’s a Great location! Also, very family and kid oriented, have sports for kids with great coaches! "
