Renter is responsible for gas/electric, trash & water (through padre dam). Long term renter's preferred. Caring and maintaining for plants by watering and occasional trimming/weed pulling. The option of a gardener can be discussed. Minimal wall hangings. Clips must be used for exterior Christmas lights. No smoking/vaping allowed. Pets allowed for an additional monthly rental fee.
