About this House

Remodeled home with fresh paint. New flooring and a few new windows. Trash service and yard maintenance can be added to rent with additional fee. Dogs can be accepted. I prefer to meet the pet and see papers showing updated shots prior to approval. All trees have been trimmed and it is ready for someone looking for a nice home.

All my tenants have resided well after their 12 month lease had expired. At that point it's month to month.
