About this House

Absolute dream space for someone looking for the apartment cost, with house benefits. You will have 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and garage space to park your vehicle!

Access to new washer and dryer along with space for storage in the basement that is considered common space between you and the tenant in a seperate unit in the basement.

This space is ready for you to make it your new home!

As a renter of this space, you will be responsible for all of the utilities. There is a separate, unit downstairs with a different access point, the unit is currently rented by a woman in her 80's she is quiet, very tidy, and respectful. Washer and dryer along with storage space will be shared. Cats or small dogs are welcomed and encouraged, however landlord will need to meet and approve.

There will be a $50 a month charge for dogs. Smoking is not allowed within the space at anytime. One year lease required.

Can get anywhere in the city within 15 minutes with direct access to the interstate. Quiet street, beautiful neighborhood, 15 minutes or less to umkc, research hospital, Burns and Mac, Cerner and stadium. Please let me know if you have any questions!
