Large 4 bedroom 1 bath unit available for rent in Norwich. Located 5 minutes from the mohegan sun casino. This apartment is a upstairs 2 level unit with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath. It has laundry hookups in the basement, off street parking, a backyard, deck and an enclosed porch. Water/Sewer/Trash are paid by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for electric and oil heat. NO pets allowed. NO smoking. I will be showing the property asap. Security deposit is $2,000. I will have applications to give out in person when touring the property. There is no fee to apply. Contact me if youd like to come tour the property. Looking to rent it by June 1st or early June.
