It has laundry hookups in the basement, off street parking, a backyard, deck and an enclosed porch. Water/Sewer/Trash are paid by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for electric and oil heat. NO pets allowed. NO smoking. I will be showing the property asap. Security deposit is $2,000. I will have applications to give out in person when touring the property. There is no fee to apply.
