It has laundry hookups in the basement, off street parking, a backyard, deck and an enclosed porch. Water/Sewer/Trash are paid by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for electric and oil heat. NO pets allowed. NO smoking. I will be showing the property asap. Security deposit is $2,000. I will have applications to give out in person when touring the property. There is no fee to apply.     "Legendary neighborhood with nice people and fun things to do. The library is one of my favorite cool hangouts. Neighbors generally pick up poop after the chihuahua poops on the ground. It is overall a fun and freiinty neighborhood.. I love it. Don’t want to live here for good though. Not sung enough."
