The bedroom hosts a built-in clothing storage and an ample clothes closet. This building is near Portland Square Park and sits across from the Portland Sport Court with a view of Lake Superior. Respectful, responsive landlords live on the upper level. Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement where there is also room for some limited storage. A shared carriage house in the backyard allows for secure storage of your canoe, kayak, bicycle, skis, snowshoes, snowboards, camping gear, etc. There is both on- and off-street parking, a bus stop within a block, proximity to UMD and St. Scholastica. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Whole Foods Co-op, Walgreens, CVS, SuperOne, Ace Hardware and Shanty Bottle Shop. Nearby restaurants include Uncle Louis Cafe, King of Creams, Sir Benedicts Tavern, Va Benes, Burrito Union, At Saras Table and many others. This unit is located close to Chester Creek with its awesome hiking trails. The unit is smoke free and pet free. Our residents have excellent credit, a clean background check, and solid rental history. Our student residents have a parent guarantee of rent. The landlords live in the upper unit.
