Very personalized rental as we are not a big management company. Very clean home. Owner pays for flood irrigation. Water, trash and SRP are renters responsibility. I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
