The kitchen, dinette and bathrooms have attractive tile flooring, and the inside laundry room and front door entryway both have brand new and very durable laminate flooring. The entire rest of the house has brand new carpeting.

The 2-car garage has a small workbench, lots of shelving for frequently used items, a large amount of overhead storage for lesser used items, and wall mounted remotes for the garage door, one outside the garage and another inside the house, close to the garage.

This house has many special features and describing them in words simply would not do them justice. For that reason, the owner has produced a video, a narrated virtual tour through the house.
