Renter will be responsible for your own electricity, water and trash. There will be mandatory fees paid to owner for pool service of $150/mth. Gardener can be paid to owner at $216.50/mth or managed by renter. If renter takes responsibility of yard work then any cost to return the yard to condition when rented will be deducted from security deposit.
