Super close to BYU campus (5-minute walk). 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen with **dishwasher
**washer and dryer**. Comes furnished with couches and bar stools. No major repairs needed since we've been here. Super nice landlords.
Base rent: $1195, but after adding flat rate utilities, benefits package, electricity, and gas, it usually totals to about $1400 monthly
When we're moving: January 14th, although our housing said they'd be reserving a couple days to clean, so the official allowed move-in date is January 18th (2025).
