This area is also next to one of the better high schools in Austin (none of the public high schools are particularly terrific). There is also a fair amount of stuff on North Loop, which is nice and I imagine that Highland Mall will eventually be developed thus making this area very desirable. The only downside is that the closest grocery store is one of the less nice ones and it's not all that close."
