  • Cheri M.

"The community is united in is distain for the way the city maintains roads and storm water drainage They yield to developers that do poor work on initial infrastructure install and then the city has to continue to expend funds to try to makeover the poor initial work "
  • Ssgjohnson66cav
"The schools are great best in city & allot of building so the area is growing very fast. Some of the streets have too many cars on it so this is at times a problem. "

"I’m only 15 minutes from everything important! Restaurants, theaters, and work is all within a few minutes drive, but the bluff is great cause it’s just far enough out of the city for seclusion, but close enough to everything you need! You get the quiet, privacy of the outer city limits, with the convenience of the city being only a few miles away."
  • Rjgonzalez72

  • chuckpara
"Ive lived in Flour Bluff for over 10 years and without reservations, I would recommend relocating working families to give Flour Bluff serious consideration. You are 10-15 minutes from shopping/downtown and 10-15 minutes from the coast. You have a variety of neighborhoods to chose from: Homes on canals, planned communities,1 acre lots, 10 acre estates and cattle/horse ranches. FB schools are consistently award winners in academics and atheletics. Many students are enrolled from out of district. The previous posts about roaming animals, traffic and crime could be said about any City, anytime. we dont see it because we avoid it. If you plan to live in Corpus, the Bluff is perhaps one of the best kept secrets of south Texas... but the secret is getting out. "
