Country Charmer best way to describe this property. Retired couple leased this property for 10 years with love. You will not find better well cared for rental property. Hurry this will not last.
Great property outside city limits, on 1 full size wide country lot. City of Talty is paving new streets, they will be complete soon and be really nice. Great Forney Schools, close to I20, and all the shopping you can handle.

large walk in utility room. Split master bedroom, large double walk in closet space. His and hers vanity, shower and garden tub. Full size bathroom servicing 3 bedrooms. Breakfast room, dining, living with fireplace. Kitchen extra large with expansive island. lots of windows. Enjoy the evenings on the front covered porch.
*we are a pet friendly Landlord, and we love our family members also. However, some pets are destructive and not friendly. we do require deposit and each approved pet and Pet rental fee monthly.
