    "Mostly quiet, with friendly neighbors. Some own loud vehicles but are for the most part courteous about using them, but not all. Dogs have occasionally been an issue, but the police and animal control do take action when required."

    "The amenities and activities in and around Ponca allow for family time and date night for parents as well. The neighborhoods closer to the lake are quite for the most part except for the late night drag racing or the jet skis on the water. There is plenty of wildlife around some good and bad!"

This would be a great neighborhood for anyone. This is a quiet older neighborhood close to everything. location, location, location."
