A max of 2 pets are allowed. Pet deposit is $500 per pet ($250 is non refundable) Pet rent is $35 a month per pet. 60 LB max per pet. Restrictions apply for dogs, please inquire within.

Renter is responsible for Gas, Electric, Water, Trash Utility Bills. Renter will also be responsible for Lawn Care, Snow Removal and general upkeep of home while residing in it.

Max of 2 pets, $500 Deposit per pet ($250 non refundable) $35 pet rent per pet.

If you have a good established background with credit your deposit will be one month. If you have a lack of background with your credit we may be able to approve you at a two month deposit. The application is subject to declination as well.
