Freshly painted and renovated house; this is the top-floor of an over/under duplex with a private front porch. Looking for a quiet, long term tenant. Quiet neighborhood, and a quiet neighbor in the downstairs unit. Upstairs has huge ceilings, plenty of new big windows, a nice coffee deck, large two-bedroom within walking distance of downtown, the public library, parks, etc.

Text for a tour or call to chat and set up a time. Application fee/background check required, $1650 deposit.

Utilities not included, pet rent of $100/pet/month considered, maximum 2 pets.

Owner pays garbage, water fee varies depending on number of occupants for 2 would be less than $80/month. Smoking on the deck is ok but no smoking indoors. Quiet hours respectfully observed between 10pm-9am.

Would consider a 100/month pet fee, hopefully for one small cat or dog... No fencing exists however, and every poo must be bagged or it will be tagged!
